Current job offers: Guidelines for unsolicited applications: LIRE is an independent non-profit organisation, working on project basis. There is always space for motivated experts to come in and work in one of the fields related to LIRE’s mission. However, there is only project specific funding available, so each unsolicited applicant should bear in mind that he/she has to secure own funding sources prior to starting to work at LIRE. Alternatively, the applicant can start on an internship basis and use our network and the many opportunities in the country to secure his/her own project and funding. . Internships LIRE is always looking for motivated internship students from different fields of studies to bring in fresh ideas and gain work experience in a challenging context.
Fields of expertise include economics, marketing, public relations, GIS, agronomy, technology and environmental sciences, but all other students with an interest in renewable energy are welcome, too. As an internship student, you can choose your own field or topic and a combination with academic research (e.g. MSc thesis) is possible. Under projects you can find a listing of current and future activities but also projects that LIRE wants to work on in the future.
